Default Birthers are back!

Good Detective Work On Obama. Those of you that think the "birthers" are stupid and irrelevant, explain this one away.

1. Back in 1961 people of color were called 'Negroes.' So how can the Obama 'birth certificate' state he is 'African-American' when the term wasn't even used at that time?Where did the term African-American originate

2. The birth certificate that the White House released lists Obama's birth as August 4, 1961. It also lists Barack Hussein Obama as his father. No big deal, right? At the time of Obama's birth, it also shows that his father is aged 25 years old, and that Obama's father was born in "Kenya, EastAfrica ". This wouldn't seem like anything of concern, except the fact that Kenya did not even exist until 1963, two whole years after Obama's birth, and 27 years after his father's birth. How could Obama's father have been born in a country that did not yet exist? Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the " British East Africa Protectorate".https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kenya

3. On the birth certificate released by the White House, the listed place of birth is "Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital ". This cannot be, because the hospital(S) in question in 1961 were called "KauiKeolani Children's Hospital" and "Kapi'olani Maternity Home", respectively. The name did not change to Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until 1978, when these two hospitals merged. How can this particular name of the hospital be on a birth certificate dated 1961 if this name had not yet been applied to it until 1978?

I am not a birther and don't think it is a good way to try to get him out of office because he has the media on his side to make anybody who brings it up look stupid.

That being said, If this is right, it is amazing that someone has not brought this up and run with it.

There is something that does not "smell right" with him but he has figured out how to keep it quiet.

Interesting info.

You diminish your ability to coherently argue against Obama's reelection by trying to convince people of this ridiculous "birther" nonsense. There are legitimate reasons to oppose his reelection and support opposition candidates, but this kind of silliness makes you look out of touch with reality and desperate. snopes.com: Barack Obama Birth Certificate

I doubt that anything will ever be done about whatever the truth might be. I just thought that these points were very interesting!
I don't appreciate your personal unsolicited judgment of my grasp of reality. I guess I could say the same about alot of folks on this forum, but I am not that condescending and rude. Anyway, we are both fortunate to be living in a land that still sanctions our freedom to voice our opinions!

The points aren't "interesting", they are patently false. Bringing them up helps no ones cause.

Did you read the link to snopes regarding the allegations you made? It is not my "opinion", it is fact. Don't have any idea what the sand reference is in regards to, but okay.

From Wikipedia:

Snopes has received praise from folklorist Dr. Jan Harold Brunvand, author of a number of books on urban legends and modern folklore, who considers the site so comprehensive as to obviate the necessity for launching one of his own.[11]

Snopes receives more complaints of liberal than conservative bias,[26] but insists that it applies the same debunking standards to all political urban legends. FactCheck reviewed a sample of Snopes' responses to political rumors regarding George W. Bush, Sarah Palin and Barack Obama, and found them to be free from bias in all cases. FactCheck noted that Barbara Mikkelson was a Canadian citizen (and thus unable to vote in US elections) and David Mikkelson was an independent who was once registered as a Republican. "You’d be hard-pressed to find two more apolitical people," David Mikkelson told them.[26][27]

As a self identified Christian who has been known to refer to The Bible to make a point, has the President mentioned where and when he was Baptized and who performed the ceremony? All of my fellow Christians have stated that in their Churches it is a recorded event and the certificate is often used as a legal document.

Just wondering.

I surely hope the Repub Party and Pres candidate attempt to make this an issue in the campaign. They will become more of a laughing stock than they already are.

Check with Donald Trump on that - he has all the answers. He sent his cracker-jack team of "special investigators" out to Hawaii last May and they supposedly collected all the facts. Although, I must admit, it is sort of strange that nobdy ever heard from those "special investigators".

Surely, you recall. It was on - or about - May 1. While Donny and his "investigators" were tracking down the birther issues - and all the cons were holding their collective breath in anticipation, The President was taking out the worlds number 1 terrorist.

Google it - maybe it'll shake your memory.
