Default Slow leak

I have a slow leak on one of my tires on my Equinox. Does anyone have a recommendation for some place to take it to?
Thanks

If your near wildwood i would take it to sumter tire and auto. Dont need an appt and they have always done a great job for me with tires and oil changes. If your going south on 301 from 466 you go over the big bridge and the tire shop is on your left about one block after you come down the bridge heading south.

Are you sure that the leak is in the tire and not in the rim? If you have aluminum rims they can pit and create a slow leak through the rim itself. Find out first where the leak is coming from so that the shop does not try to sell you a tire that you do not need.

I agree, Wal-Mart is a good place to take a leak.

I had a bad experience with Tire Choice on LeGrande. Personally, I will avoid them in the future.

Went to Sumter Tire and Auto in Wildwood. I will go back there. Taken care of as soon as I showed up and they showed me what was wrong with the tire and how they came to that decision. Every thing is fine now. Again thanks for all your responses.

Default Be careful!!

With all of the construction you may want to keep an extra eye out for nails/screws. I had two nails in my tire and had to replace. 300.00....ouch! I sure hope this isn't a habit of mine to pick up nails that the contractors have dropped. When we walk, we often pick nails up from the road, but when driving its not like you see them, and if you do you can't stop the car and hop out and pick them up.

Tire Kingdom across from Sam's Club on 27/441 found mine. It was a monitor module on the wheel. I can't remember what it cost, but it wasn't much.

Went to the Tire Choice in Colony with a slow leak and they raised my car and went to work with their little yellow chalk with the end result of suggesting that I replace all four tires. I left.

The valve was faulty. They showed it to me right as they took it out of the wheel. The rib was deformed when manufactured. Yes they showed me it was leaking air in a tub of water first.
