Default 2 thumbs down for Marigold Hotel

Really liked Dev Patel in the movie but was bored to tears with the whole thing. If we weren't with friends I would have left. I think I am too young to appreciate the humor.

Agreed-- boring and predictable. good use of time if the golf courses are closed.

We finally saw Marigold last night, and I loved it. Of course I think anything with Judi Dench and Maggie Smith in it would have to be be wonderful. It's the best edited movie I've seen in a long time. Definitely in the running for Academy Award for editing!

PS: Tal! Funny you should ask... I just learned the Wobble at City Fire this week! Some very nice women were doing a new dance, and it didn't look too hard, so I gave it a go. They were great teachers & thanks to them I can count myself as a wrinkly wobbly -- or a wobbly wrinkly.

No need to chastize mmac. The question was asked May 10, and you're responding to it on July 8!
