We go to about 6 movies at AMCs per month on average (because we are spoiled to the comfort of watching movies on the big screen in leather recliners), so our cost per movie is about $4, and is even less than that considering the waived convenience fees and other perks.
If 3 movies cost $ 24.99 per month how is that $ 4 per movie?

I said that we go to about 6 movies on average per month; for our $24.49 per person charge for the A-List membership, that averages out to about $4 per movie. We can even go to 'double-headers' - sometimes we see two movies during an outing, with a meal in between.
But, we COULD go to as many as about 12 movies per month (3 movies per week are covered by the A-List membership) with our membership, in which case the movies would only cost about $2 each.

1/4 cup of unpopped corn will yield 2 quarts of popped corn. There are 46 kernels in 1/4 cup. So, a single kernel will cost $12.99/46, or 28 cents per kernel, assuming no cost for toppings, and the small size is two quarts.

Best movie I've seen in years. Seeing the normalcy of the America I grew up in, made my heart ache. Seeing Reagan stand up to the Soviets made me proud to be an American again. The characters looked and even sounded like the real people -- even minor characters like Michael Deaver. Dennis Quaid had Reagan's voice down pat, without sounding like a Reagan impersonator. The movie was political, in the sense of Reagan's life-long dream to defeat communism, but not political in the modern, hateful, sense. The politics was far overshadowed by the love story with Nancy.

It was a hero-worship movie, but Lord knows, we could use a few more American heroes these days. When he rode off into the sunset, I cried.

Started crying at "Mr Gorbachev, if you want peace, ... Mr Gorbachev tear down this wall!!!" (Well, teared up - I wasn't actually disturbing anyone around me.) Managed my last eye wipe as I drove out of Lake Sumter Landing.

I wish you could choose your seats in advance though.
