I would be interested in why you waited this long to tell us that the woman did not have dementia, when much of the posting and sympathy was because of this . maybe alll the neighbors aren’t feeling stalked or sad anymore either

I guess they missed the point. We love our hood. Just have a bad apple. Thanks for all your feedback. I don’t think I will venture into posting again. Thought it would be more kind and helpful.

Most of the sympathy was because of the spraying of a woman with dementia and as far as elderly I’m elderly I guess 82 and I’ve never let a dog go on someone’s lawn and many people were kind to you and very sympathetic . Go Dodgers

Sorry about the bad feedback. I hope you can resolve this problem of the crappy neighbors.

In response to the poster that stated that you are not supposed to water your lawn after 7am, I believe that is just a suggestion, NOT a rule. Not sure, so I may be corrected. They also suggest watering days of the week, but no one adheres to it. I am not sure that any of that can be enforced, but again I may be corrected.

Easements for utilities is another issue. You can have an easement ON your property or through your property. The issue in this case is whether or not you have any authority to or requirement for maintenance on your front area near the road. I don't know about your neighborhood, but in mine we have sprinkler heads right at the edge of the street.
Agree! Glad to see someone recognizes plotted surveyed lot lines as determing ownership. So many trolls commenting here... hardly worth the bother.

Folks, how about a grammar and spelling check before hitting the "submit reply" button?

Apparently learned "common core" English, or possibly ESL

I find it a little hard to believe there is a guy in his garage, standing next to his sprinkle controls, watching for dog walkers.

There is no shortage of jerks, even in The Villages, although there are fewer of them here.

Dog Parks

Dudley Canine Park and Rupert Canine Park are not far from Gonzalaz Lane even if their hours are limited when you have a pooch that needs to go out early, middle and at the end of the day. And sometimes a lot more than that.

1) Where does it state that, in writing?
2) Easement for whom and what purpose???
