OP asked for advice on a beach, not opinion on how should they conduct their lifestyle That would cause anyone to lecture about virus or death.

OP we had a place at Ormand Beach, and one near Johns pass. Both are more than an hour, but both beaches are worth the drive. Crystal River is very nice, sand area, if you truly don’t need the long drive
