And I would like to see an article in the paper or somewhere where a Police person has used their radar gun on Golf Cars and what is the record highest speed. And what % are going over 30 MPH.
.........Speaking of going over 30 MPH. Anyone with EARS can just sit out in their front yard if it is on a busy street and LISTEN to the golf cars going by. You will notice that ones going above 25 MPH are much LOUDER than the ones going the 10 MPH speed limit in residential areas.

that is exactly my attitude. Why stop a thread while people are still interested (and NOT SWEARING at each other). Golf car speed IS a significant problem. ALL drivers need to have the same top speed. And the Police should have a vested interest in that happening. it should be easy to control. Having the dealers encouraging people to "jack up" their speed to 24 MPH should NEVER BE TOLERATED. As long as they are allowed to suggest that, we won't be able to fix this problem.
