Us, too, but are so excited about the new Costco. We make a trip to the Lutz Costco about ever 6 weeks to restock. Can’t wait for the new Costco.

The seasonal nature here goes into the decision process.

But not so sure the growth rate in the new areas is recognized. And a lot of workers families do business near their jobs.

Then you see multiple hardware stores, pharmacies, fast food, car washes adjacent to or across from each other in established areas.

Seems some opportunity is being missed delaying following the growth.

Some decision making MBA's are making decisions they are not qualified to make.

In this case Costco is a very successful operation and has seem to know exactly where new stores should be located.
