We are about a week away from closing. It's gone amazingly smooth! I've posted a few more photos....from dirt to form it's been less than 90 days!

WOW!!! GORGEOUS!!! When's the party We used to do this thing with our friends and we called it 'Dine Around'. You have three couples, you do one house appetizer, one house meal and one house dessert. It's fun. We need one more couple.

Please do....Lou and Mary....we are in V of Charlotte but only a short cart ride from everyone! We love to have parties....especially a dinning club...bring your suit Thanks Jim for pasting the pics. We ARE very excited. We arrive Monday, staying in a villa and close the 16th.

Don't put away the plastic because now you will need a golf cart, patio furniture, kitchen backsplash and crown molding if not already done more new furniture since you won't like what you have and the list goes on.
I can't wait for that part to end but what fun and you can't take it with you.
