It's a good plan to find the highest ground you can (not necessarily an easy task around here), and just watch all quarters. I've been on a hilltop along Marion County Road (Lake County) and have seen bursts of fireworks from as many as a dozen shows. Most are very small, perhaps really private events, but it's a fun way to see fireworks. My only objection: you rarely hear anything, maybe a quiet boom now and then! Ah, well!

I like Handie's idea -

Get as many people as possible to the top of the tower -
Bring a good telescope -
Use one of those magnifying audio scopes that you see on the sidelines of football games -
Bring a few coolers full of adult beverages in case the action gets slow -
Enjoy!

Of course the sound won't match the visuals with that whole wacky psychics mumbo jumbo about the speed of sound vs the speed of light thing.

Lake Eola in Orlando, Venetian Gardens in Leesburg, and Disneyworld has the best.

I bet it would be a great site to see from a plane. That way you get the best of all the fireworks.

Just to refresh everyones memory, we are creating a golf cart convoy from the parking lot behind Village Golf Carts and traveling up Buena Vista to Bonita. Village 07 has promised me this will allow us a good view of neighboring township fireworks displays. In any event bring a folding chair, BYOB, snacks, candles, tablecloths, napkins, cameras and if all else fails at least we can say we had a tailgate party
Leaving shortly after the last dance (approx. 9:10) Decorate your cart with a flag so I can find you all 1rnfl
I'll try to find a revolving amber light so we can get grouped
