The ACE in Spanish Springs is and always was a TOP NOTCH store. The store is and always has been clean and organized. The owners and empoloyees are professional, helpful, kinowldegable, courteous, kind and appreciative of your business. They are providing a safe shopping experience duiring this pandemic much better administratred than the big box stores.and should be supported with your business. I have been frequenting this store since 1995 So, thank you ACE in Spanish Springs..

You have the option of going to the Ace website and placing your order. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up. You pull up in front of the store and your order is brought out to you.
Sorry to hear you will not step foot in an Ace hardware again.
Good luck in finding the same great customer service that you receive from our local Ace hardware.

This afternoon I was at ACE Hardware and not one employee was masked. I needed help finding an item and I was helped by an ACE employee, who stood within three feet of me. I asked the store if they tested temperatures of employees before they enter the work place and they do not. The adjectives that come to mind for the management of ACE Hardware are for not mitigating risk to shoppers are stupid, ignorant, arrogant, and/or insolent. I won’t be going back to any ACE Hardware store for some time.

ACE on 466 by Publix. I know they all are different. I'll avoid this one, even when Covid 19 is not an issue.

I have found that when I wear a mask people think they can stand really close to me. NOOOOO! Droplets from speaking go a long way and can get into eyes easily. Stay away, masked or not please!

Default Ace on 466

I do not have a good feeling for any establishment that does not make wearing masks mandatory for their employees. These retail stores and restaurants have to gain the confidence in the public to feel safe in their establishments.

When I was standing on line which was marked on the floor to maintain a social distance, customers, not wearing masks were walking very close to me as they entered the store. People have no clue or they just have no idea what a 6 foot distance is??????

Hubby was there on Friday and everyone of the employees had a mask on.

Don’t shop there. That’s the easy solution for you. And by the way if you were wearing a mask that’s protection for you or maybe you e not read all those articles.

For all of you still complaining about people without masks in the stores, why are you going out? You should know by now that many will not wear them. There is no law saying they have to. You can order everything you need for pick-up.

No, it's the other way around. A mask provides some protection for others, not yourself.

I don't believe that masks are mandatory. The only place I've been recently where they did require masks was Fresh Market.

I was quite upset when last week I had to pick up some paperwork from my doctor and the receptionist was not wearing a mask. Another woman behind the counter was wearing a mask but didn't have her nose covered. I would think that if anyplace should have mandatory masks it would be a doctor's office or any medical facility.

I sent an email voicing my displeasure with the situation.

ACE gives 10% to vets at least at the stores in or near TV. Have received it many times.
