My wife and I were both 49 when we built and moved in. I don't think there will be any problem.

carlent...your figures are probably accurate for new home buyers;

Rover...your figures might be closer for all TV residents.

I've lived in the Villages four years and was in my late fifties when I moved here.I found that age is relative. Going to the school yard in the morning to get my butt kicked
by a seventy year old at pickelball or at the sports pool getting getting blown away by a
old man in the next lane is humbling. I'm now in my early sixties and getting younger.
I tell old neighbors about the Villages "These are the youngest old people I every seen"

PEACE
Willy

You are right, Nonie. My daughter is catching up to me in age. This is not good. I may go up to 52 to make it more believable.

Willy,

We took a trip to Italy with an 80 year old man and had to beg him to slow up, so
we could keep up with him. We keep waiting for the "surge" of energy that he seemed to have. ha, ha.

If no one will tell where the baby is or the schol bus stops I have a feeling it's one of those someone told someone who told someone who told me.

The baby is very close to me and the neighbors all know the address. It shouldn't be a problem for anyone else. It is not a problem to me. The couple deserve privacy.
I know nothing about the school bus. This is a very big place. No one knows everything.
The topic is what age do people have to be to buy a home. Apparently the answer is any age.
