Default Animal Feces

Ok so I'm walking around my yard in the Sanibel neighborhood and discover some wild animal feces in two spots. Not to get graphic but they are definitely not for a domestic creature. Leaving my limited tracking skills behind, they have food from foraging like berries, nuts, and stuff in them. Does anyone have any idea what they may be from? Raccoon, coyote possum? A neighbor of ours has the same discovery.

If there are no bells, and poop does not smell of pepper spray, you can rule out Grizzly Bears!

Excellent deductive reasoning. Op pretty much covered the wild options. I have seen one large otter some time ago. Have not heard of black bears in our area, but anything is possible.
Op, keep your eyes and ears open and you may see the critter, especially at night when things are quiet.
Forgot to mention that size of poop an indication of size/type of animal.

You can photo it and have it identified. You can buy, at resonable cost a digital camera that is triggered by movement-sporting goods store item.

But please don’t post photo here. Not talking about the animal.

This picture was take a couple of days ago in the Village of Lake Deaton. We sent the picture to a friend in Alaska to ask about it looking like bear poop. What do you say?

I've seen racoons, coyotes and dogs. If it smells it's someone's dog, If not then likely one of the two named first.

Coyote scat almost always has hair/fur in it from eating little animals. Most likely a racoon.
