I'll let the long time veterans respond about offenses and good places to ride. I, too, will be interested in that info, as I'll be closing in January....which reminds me....bring your checkbook!

Have a great visit!!
Thanks, what type of home are you closing on if I may ask? Always interested as to what people are choosing and their reasons. Makes me think a little harder as to what I would want. From the sounds of things on this board a lot of people start looking again after they move in.

A new Designer (Iris) in Sanibel....I like the garage size w/ sep cart door, tho at first I didn't. Sales Reps are super, super helpful with absolutely NO pressure...

A bit off the thread topic here...suggest viewing some of the others re models, Sanibel, etc. And don't hesitate to ask just about anybody just about anything! At this stage of TV, I'll bet almost everything has been experienced by someone. There'll always be Buyer's Remorse to some degree, I s'pose, but I think most are genuinely satisfied.

Sorry to get of the bike subject but greatly appreciate the reply.

Seems like bike rider infractions are taken very seriously and I surely would not want to endanger either myself or someone else out of ingnorance of the laws.

Maybe I ought to just leave the bikes in the garage (for fear of getting a ticket) and just drive the Golf Car.
