Hi Ovation Guy,
I also am a child of the 60's, and have Ovation (3rd one!) I'd be interested in linking up to play some music! I can be reached at 352-630-9066 or email sbjaly@aol.com. I also was a professional drummer in the mid 70's. I have lots of musical equipment (drum set, amps, bass guitar, electric guitar, mixers, etc.) Look forward to hearing from you!

Cool! I gave up few pieces of equipment I had when I moved here last year. It was what I used when I performed solo 30 years ago so it was nothing compared to modern equipment. I had stopped playing for a long time but recently started again so I've never really had the chance to really hear my newer Ovations plugged in. How's that for not getting the most out of these guitars?
I now have 6 Ovations. (three 6-string and three 12-string with one Adamas of each) including the original two I used way back when and the original 12-string isn't even acoustic-electric.
I will definitely be in touch. Sounds like we might be able to have some fun stirring up a few sound sounds from the past. And the addition of your drums/percussion abilities should make it even more interesting.
