Would like to find a part time job with the Villages. This website is not the best for finding this type of job. According to one lady who drives around in a Villages truck.
She told me to go to the HR office. She did not know if it was in Lake Sumter Landing or Brown wood. Any help would be appreciated. Bud |

I can find no mention of an HR office. However, all (or nearly all) services have been moved to the Brownwood location; if you want to talk to someone in person, I would start there. EDIT: The District Weekly Bulletin does not provide an address but does give: Phone: 352-674-1905 Email: humanresources@districtgov.org

We walked along Kiesel Road looking for the HR office and could not find it. We finally found a living human, and he said the entrance to the HR office is not along Kiesel Road. The building that contains the HR office is along Kiesel Road, but the actual entrance is on the other side of the building. He told us to follow a dirt path alongside the building, cut through a bunch of bushes, cut through a parking lot, and then we might find the actual entrance to the HR office. |

Are you trying to explain that the entrance to the District offices is off the parking lot? That may have been done to make it easier for those driving to the location. The building is still at 3571 Kiesel but the door is off the parking lot and not off the street. Yes, a sign stating that might make things a little easier, but the lack of any door whatsoever under the "3571" on the Kiesel side of the building might have been a clue.
