What is Direct TV providing for that price?

It's 145+ channels, plus 46 movie channels free for 3 months and a free Genie HD DVR upgrade in up to four rooms. I believe this $19.95 rate is good for the rest of the month but the $150 cash back offer ends in only 5 days..

Yeah right. If they had the best cable service they wouldn't have the worst customer service. People call customer service because they are not happy with what they have, either reliability or billing. You might want to read the threads on here about Comcast then read the National reviews. Yeah, I have Brighthouse, south of 466A, and zero issues unless SECO has an issue.

Not a good idea....not sure where you worked jimbo but did your company hand your competition your prices?

The tech guy said he would try but not sure he can get the credit.

Also what is the current Internet only rate for Brighthouse supposed to be.

Do you have a phone contact
Sorry for the late reply, oddly not getting reply notifications. The best method to reach me is at the contacts above. I am in and out of office alot wearing many hats but I carry a mobile connectivity 24/7 and will always respond right away.

I do not need to read any threads or national reviews about Comcast. I'm glad your enjoying Brighthouse, but we did not. Even their equipment is sub par in comparison to Comcast, along with pricing and technology.

I have had Comcast since I moved in 9 years ago and I have not had the kind of problems people have complained about here on these pages.

But I read one post after another complaining and switching to another service then boasting that it was better only to cancel and go to another or return to their former. come to think of it the same scenario occurs with restaurants, and contractors

Yes we did, we had the best prices when you do you have no fear of doing that.

Or it means different prices for different customers, notice they didn't respond?
Big red flag

We live south of 466A so when we first moved into our newly built home we were going to use Brighthouse for our provider for internet . A guy came out and said they didn't want to deal with laying new cable lines (no cable lines were laid for Brighthouse when they built the house), scratched there heads and said not possible even though they claim to have service in our subdivision. Called Comcast, it took 3 crews out here with 3 different stories about laying the cable lines, really talked us out of it because they didn't want dig and run the lines up through the attic, each one contradicted each other about what could be done and all the work they would have to do and how our sod would be torn up and it would take weeks to get this completed. Now why would I go with an attitude like that?? So we ended up with Century link for internet and Direct TV for television. Found out through one of these guys at Comcast that when our cable was laid when they built the house it was either cut by the irrigation crew, landscapers, who know's?? Bottom line they walked away from it. Century link is okay for internet, don't like there customer service but it was our only option for internet out here. Direct TV is great, love the programming and customer support.

We also live South of 466A & we had the total opposite experience with Brighthouse. They came promptly when they were supposed to & dug the cable with no issues. We are extremely happy with Brighthouse. Lysander is very easy to deal with & will work with you.
