Anybody have any facts or at least good rumors on what restaurants or specialty shops are going into Brownwood? There were some strong rumors about City Fire, aka Urban Flats, opening there. Anything else? tooJays, Panera, etc? I would think something other than the bank, theatre, and music will be there when they open to draw people in. The construction update in the paper hasn't given any details either.

what is going to be built in the huge tract west of brownwood (towards wildwood)? and what about on the other side of brownwood (the east side)? will there be any more commercial development along 466A? i sure hope that i will never have to consider shopping on 441/27 or 466 anymore once the build-out is almost completed.

I asked in TJ's in Lake Sumter and I think he said they wouldn't be there until Jan?
