No one should say even in jest to shoot a bunch of folks. Their moms would get after them good if they heard such nastiness.

If that saying was meant to be funny, IMHO, it missed the mark.
And definitely not on the topic of businesses in Brownwood.

Brownwood will more than likely become a center of residential when they open the 3 new subdivisions on 501. So I think......anyway....

??? Which 3 are you talking about? And why would a road on the south side of the turnpike influence Brownwood to become a "residential"?

when you cross 44/morse you are on 468, then when you go directly past where the new turnpike on/off ramp will be, first road on the left...501.

They are building 3 new developments, or so I have heard, on that road and I know of 2 that have signs up already on 468 past the new on/off ramps........

so it seems, there will be lots more people/developments surrounding Brownwood. They are not owned by the Villages though....I don't think anyway..

more residential developments surrounding Brownwood will bring in more income and commercial sales for Brownwood, right?.

More developments means more people spending money. They also sold 4000 acres on 470 which connects to 501/ 468 and straight into the villages on Morse..

I think Brownwood will except anyones money......whether your a villager or not....
