Posts like that are a wasted read. Some value an increase in their post numbers more than offering concrete information. It’s an assembly line, yes, but the most efficient home-building assembly line I’ve ever seen.

If you are going to have a pool make sure the pool is on the west side of the house for the afternoon sun.

The pool is usually in the back of the house, in front of the lanai. That would mean you have a west facing lanai, which many people try to avoid because of the afternoon sun.
