Has the developer through the various media and official spokespersons ever said they are nearing buildout until recently ? Why is the new Rohan recreational center themed with all the various Villages landmarks, activities and people ? Because they are nearing buildout with CDD 11 and That's All Folks ! Last time I was down CR42 pass the baptist church which was last week nothing going on down there. I think they are still in negotiations with church which has stalemated. Unless somebody else has new information?

Lots of grading going on the other side of the VA clinic. Negotiation has to happen with the church for cart access along church property. Or they will have to figure out where to cut hole in the cement wall some where which would be on private property. From the original map project the west build area on the other side of the horse farm. What I've read Article in paper said negotiation across the horse farm was done.

"Build Out" is simply a marketing phrase, and a fairly transparent one to those of us who live here. If someone has a gold mine, and the seam of gold still seems strong, what are the chances they will shut it down?
