Free stuff I have waqtched has been Facebook, Crackle (Old TV and movies), ARD Tagesshau. I subscribe to "The Blaze" formerly GBTV to watch Glen Beck. I have cheap service $5/mo, just get his show and newscast, costs $10/mo for all his programs. Also see MHZ networks, but have not paid for, since DirecTv here carries MHZ from a local non-PBS public TV station in NOVA.

The key word in the first sentence is SUGGEST. Of course these guidelines are common sense. Who wouldn't want to keep The Villages beautiful. Of course the installer wanted to put it on the roof. I had it put in my back yard behind some shrubs so it is blocked from the neighbors view. Federal Law prohibits local limitations on putting dishes up.
