I have been to all the stores mentioned except Fresh Market. and found one package at Walmart about a month ago. To thank everyone for their comments here is my favorite recipe, Brown two split breast with some butter, make gravy with its drippings' place chicken in a covered baking dish cover with sliced onion, ad the gravy, bake in oven at 350 for an hour and half. Hope you like it.

You ask why I care, I have a couple of recipes that require split breast.
Publix has them. I buy them all the time. Ina Gartens fave for chicken salad!

What?????? It’s not red meat, so it’s got to be healthy. I guessing it’s not the chicken but how it cooked and want seasoning to make it taste good that makes it unhealthy?

Kinda like lettuce salad? Nobody, (well most) just can’t eat plain lettuce. By time you doctor and spice it up with every thing can think of it’s not healthy as we think? IMHO of course.

You are a gambler!

I am sad to report the 65 cents an hour worker do it with through inspection by the butcher. Yes in 1964 65 cents an hour teen (14) working 34 hours week going to school and was glad to get it. O I also had to clean butcher block.
