Yes, turning left exiting CC might be a challenge presently with all the working trucks and all the trades going to each new village but once the village of St. Catherines is complete in about 2 years they will all be going to the next new village. Perhaps using the soon to be built Megison road going up and back all day.

Perhaps there might be traffic lights at the CC exit for the benefit of the residents of Sandalwood as well as CC, it seems logical to me. It also appears that heavy traffic will be using Megison road so there may be a traffic light there as well.

Just my opinions, well thought out as they are!

At least you agree these are issues that should be considered before signing your John Hancock and coughing up a few hundred thousand dollars.
