Don takes his responsibility as a CDD 10 Supervisor and a member of the Project Wide Advisory Committee very seriously. His research and exposure to the processes, division of authority and responsibility between TV and County and his past experiences make him a significant asset, not only the CDD 10 but to all in the Villages. We are fortunate to have him.

I sure hope not. The way it is now, we can drive to C-C, park at the pool, and take a nice walk along the MMP with no fear of being run down by a golf cart.

Such great news. I’m sure all the folks in Fenny and Marsh Bend are over joyed to know their bridge and daily convenience center which were promised to be open in January 2020 when they bought have no announced open and now CC can have fully connectivity and access to conveniences via golf cart before them. As the saying goes - ”Something smells in Denmark and it’s not the cheese”. All was PROMISED for January 2020.

Not what was promised to us before our home purchase.
No business is going to build/lease retail space, stock it with merchandise and hire employees to man the store until there is enough population living in the area to generate sufficient sales for the business to make a profit. Businesses have to make a profit in order to stay in business, that's the first lesson in Business 101.

Thanks for the 101 let me give you the 102. Fenny is the largest Village and don’t make business promises you can’t keep - give them a rent break or subsidies them and keep a promise. The houses are all load for so the cash is in their till.

The villages sales brochure POV397Ro119 Clearly states Note A “Connectivity Bridges &Tunnels - January 2020. This was a handout given to buyers in 2019. That’s no Easter Bunny and from the sales brochure, to the salesman’s mouth and to buyers ears. Just saying - that’s what was shown, said and promised. Nothing further to say. It’s in writing.

I don’t interpret that as a “promise” . I read that to mean an “expectation” , nothing more and nothing less......

No one has a crystal ball . No one could have predicted the current pandemic which has effected all phases of life and living .

Bottom line is that connectivity will be completed when it’s completed.

No amount of whining or demanding is going to change that !

Don't let what you see in the videos be your only evidence. The camera angle and altitude put objects a lot farther from the aircraft than they appear and the extensive editing I do changes the perspective of where objects are in relation to the aircraft. The angles for direction of travel also affect what is actually below the aircraft as compared to what is in the video.[/QUOTE]

Don't let him/her drag you down to his/her level. Jealousy is not a virtue. You do a terrific job, and I enjoy the videos.

That's a targeted completion date, not a promise.
