I use Citibank (just a tad larger than Citizen's First) for my business...
I have the very same problems when they update their software. It typically lasts a day or two...

They gave plenty of notice that they would be updating their system last weekend and that at 8 am Monday morning they would be up and running. I tried at exactly 8 am and my account information was available as always. If you continue to have a problem I suggest that you call them. They are quite helpful in assisting you to get back online. Good luck.

Have not had any problems when logging on using their app since they did their upgrade. Very rarely visit the website online.
