yes it is true, we did it but did not realize by doing so we saved our sales rep $500.00 which he wd have to have paid to the design team out of his commission.
ask him/her... maybe you have the same rep we had

My sales rep said that going through him instead of the design team had said it was no longer available also. Ours is the oldest guy there been there the longest...he loved to special design with folks. He even did it in the rush period!
