Not complaining. I’m semi-retired and, like another poster, will now need and golf cart trailer AND a bigger garage.
Ban the sample ladies? Oh no! That's half the fun of roaming around Costco.

According to available information, after breaking ground, it typically takes around 110 days for a Costco to open to the public, meaning construction and preparation can be completed within that timeframe and the store is ready to welcome customers.

Wow given all the work to build and stock the store and train employees awfully fast to me but than again Costco has done this many times

Yet other sites states ground break to open 130 days. And typically on Costco site once new city appears it tends to be 4 months or 120 days give or take.

So either way there will be a grand opening with countless residents standing in line at crack of dawn to be the first to enter and get their pic in the paper.

I have two more Disney trips in the next 3 weeks, so Clermont it is.

The Bradenton Costco took just under four months from the first sign of activity on the property. There's no reason to think this one would be significantly different. From experience with five prior Costco openings, I would try to avoid the area around it for the first few days.
