I had the large window to the courtyard in my Spanish Springs Villa leaking last night. I suspect it hadn't happened before because the rain and wind were from an unusual direction.
I left a message with the property manager last night, she returned the call at 8:20 this morning and was at my place a little after 9.
Ron also had a problem and they were actually doing interior repairs and roofing this morning.
You have got to love this place

I do love it. A girlfriend has water coming up from the floor. I can't figure that out. They are pulling up her carpet.

Yeah, we had wet carpeting under all our big windows in every room. But the walls were not wet, just the carpet. We are going to be back in Oct. to do battle with with home warranty. The house is just 15 months old. The warranty has expired but there was no serious rain until Fay came along. That is where all the water came from.

Our Villa was built in 99.....not one flood or problem with water or windows.....sounds scary.....anyone need a place to stay while it is being fixed....we have room!
