You'd think a place as great as The Villages would have all this stuff underground, anyway.

The only way to do this is put on the post the ground just keep everything you can off of your roof with a low quality of shingles and all the issues that they have here with inferior shingles gives the company a reason to not honor the warranty on the shingles the leaking portion and besides if it's a little lower you can always have someone come out and adjusted it had a lower-cost and yes there is an underground system called cable-television for all the issues and problems that people have with Comcast the product is pretty good. their Internet service is outstanding you have to pay for it pretty dearly.
