Thumbs up 130,384 omg

Our host should go through the 81 pages and scrap the stuff that doesn't belong would probably leave us with a good 30 to 40 pages maybe less.
Meanwhile everybody seems to love the tittle

The only thing I don't like in The Villages is the round abouts circles. Sorry if this was already mentioned but I didn't feel like reading 82 pages of comments. One more thing why can't we put wreaths or deocrations on our outside doors or some lawn ornaments in our gardens?

While I find my stuffed Buffalo charming and unique, neighbours might not agree.

I don't think there are any rules about putting wreaths or other decorations on your door. As to lawn ornaments that is in the covenants you signed and they are not allowed. Some may think plywood cut outs of snow white and the dwarfs is cute.....many others would not.

In my declaration, seasonal lawn ornaments would be permitted for a period not to exceed 30 days of duration. It's under 2.15. You restrictions might have the same clause.

If anyone wants to check their declaration and not sure how to find it, you can start at the following address, then select your county, district then the S number found on you resident's card!

Village Community Development Districts - Declaration of Restrictions

I feel your pain...went through that this past Sunday night. Counting the days until mid-October when I will be coming back to TV for a visit.
