I've been looking to change our solid valance cover (or whatever it's officially called) and sides etc. I have searched under everything I can imagine and about 10 calls later, I'm stuck.

Apparently no one is willing to suggest anything, yet I'm looking for a custom design. Some have outright refused to do anything. So aside form being a bit taken back by the lack of everything -

1) what is that thing actually calleD?
2) any idea who would do a custom design?

and don't say carts and clubs they already said no.

Note sure what you are planning on doing. If you are looking to remove the existing sides and replace with something else, there are several online golf cart accessory sites that may have something like what you may want. If you are looking to change the COLOR of the existing sides, it may be possible to paint these, most plastics and fiber glass can be painted with spray paints.
Can you provide additional details on what you are trying to do, I may be able to provide additional help.

Still not sure what part(s) of a golf cart he is referring to. Curtains? Fiberglass cart body?

My interpretation is OP wants to change his whole sunbrella enclosure including the fixed parts by the roof.

So the enclosure or weather enclosure is what you are looking at. I would guess an online search would be your best bet but if you go into The Village Goof cart store or the Village Discount golf cart store they should be able to show you what they have for replacement enclosures.
