I guess it is all relative. I can't wait to move down there, as gas up here between Buffalo and Rochester NY is $3.83 a gallon......

Question: should McDonalds, Beef O Bradys, Publics, etc. all at Colony also charge more? I don't think so.
PS: I did not read all the previous post so sorry if this has already been addressed

Steel or plastic, no matter. To me what matters is if some of us hv a problem w the colony gas station regularly overcharging villagers because they can then allow us to shop elsewhere. Like I said, all the other venders in Colony do not overcharge based upon geographical location so why shd they.

Purchased gas this afternoon at Colony it was $3.39. The station on 466A in Fruitland Park, just up the road was $3.36 this afternoon. I don't mind paying a couple cents. If they continue this pricing, I continue purchasing my fuel there.

Driving thru Oklahoma on I-40 today and saw a station with regular unlead for $3.09.

Stopped at a funky motel/RV park in Warner, OK and started a conversation with two ladies who pulled up in a car just after we got there. Asked them where they were headed and they said The Villages - Village of Tall Trees.
