I think elevatorman hit the nail on the head. Others have stated that TV residents will eventually have golf cart access - just no golf cart access for the folks living in Wildwood. Seems similar to the scenario with providing golf cart access to cross Rolling Acres to get to the Best Buy, etc. shopping center to the south, which is not a TV-owned property - it's probably never going to happen (connecting TV properties to non-TV properties for golf cart access). Maybe there are some, though, that I'm not aware of. I think the cart access to WalMart on 441/27 might be one situation - but I think that cart path is a somewhat clandestine deal.
