My tires are 11 years old. Expressed the same concern to my mechanic. He indicated they were fine and no need to replace yet.

It’s a low speed golf cart. Run the tires until they give you a reason to change them. If we were talking cars or motorcycles, sure change them. But not a golf cart.

Default Golf cart tires

I have a 2007 yamaha, and have not changed them yet, and do not plan too. I keep my cart inside, and I don't see any cracking on sidewalls yet, that is the first place to look for dry rot. I keep them a couple pounds overinflated, and the tread still looks great. Underinflate the tires, and they will be gone in no time. Check pressure a couple times a year. Good luck.
