Default Where is Property Management?

I will be spending March in TV. I'm renting a house there and the owner does not live in TV. I am supposed to pick up a resident pass at a place called Property Management. Can someone tell me where that is? Thanks...Wilt

When I am in TV I pick up my packet at the sales office in LSL (I am an absentee owner).

When you arrive at TV just go to the sales office in LSL (can't miss it their are plenty of signs). They should have you renters packet there.

Default Lake Sumter Landing

It is right around thr corner from the sales office. Actually, it is right across from the Lighthouse restaurant. Go into the sales office which is well marked and ask they will direct you. It is an easy walk of less than 100 yards from there. Good luck.

Located in the same building as the sales office at Lake Sumter Landing. When you walk in just ask one of the floor reps for the Property management and they will take your name and have someone come back with all your packet. You will also get the keys to the house, garage door opener, gate card, all your passes and ID cards and a map on how to get there. Keep the envelope as you will have a check list of what is wanted back when you depart. When I rented in December I received a call from my booking rep that I had dealt with in making my reservations to go over any last minute questions or concerns. I received this call about 4 weeks before I was to arrive. You can also go over things such as late arrivals. Good luck and enjoy your stay.

Hi Wilt2448,

I believe from reading your post that your are renting from a Private Party not The Villages. If that is the case then you pick up your Temporary Residents ID's from Jane's Outpost which is across from the Lighthouse Restaurant.

I rent out my courtyard villa privately and always send in the resident guest pass application with the $50 check ahead of the tenant's arrival - they then pick up their passes at LSL sales center.

I was recently told by Property Management that the tenant can write the check themselves and fill out the app during normal business hours (8-5) at the Property Mgmt office at Jane's Outpost (right around the corner from the sales office, across from Lighthouse Restaurant) but that it could take 24-48 hours to be processed - then the tenants can't get the free golf right away. I think the sales center is open until 9 pm to pick the passes up.

The LSL sales office people give the tenants the passes and a map, possibly other info (that changes from time to time), but my tenants normally email my caretaker ahead of time to arrange to get the keys, etc. Then, assuming they have a cellphone, they call when they are near to confirm arrangements. He shows them how to operate everything in the villa, including the golf cart, and makes sure they have garage door openers, etc.

Hope that helps

Yes, I am renting from a private party and the $50 fee is supposed to have already been paid by the owner. So I go to Jane's outpost to pick up the pass? Getting a little confused by all of the different answers. Thanks to all. I appreceiate the input and I'm looking forward to being there..Wilt

I tell my tenants to go to LSL sales center to pick up their passes - maybe the host goes thru the halls to Jane's Outpost (the buildings may be connected) to bring them back, not sure, but if they are prepaid by the landlord/owner, just go to LSL. If they haven't been prepaid is when you have to go to Jane's Outpost, write your check and apparently wait for them to be processed and come back and pick them up. At least that's what I was told by Property Management a couple of weeks ago.
