Man: Hang on. I am dragging her over to Oak and Elm.
Or, I live on the corner of Palermo Place and Palermo Place.

The street next to Heiny Place should be Uranus Run.

I like seeing this humor on here much better than the griping or complaining or knowing
all the answers to everything- well done on the street names.

I hope the developers are reading this thread and change it quickly. I think a previous poster was right in saying that the street name can affect sale and re-sale of the homes.

Butt Place would almost be better!

The nickname Heinie to a German is much like the nickname Tony to an Italian.

I think that using the word Heinie for your backside is not an awful thing. I can think of far worse. And everyone does have one.

Several street names are named after people/families who live and work around here. I'm sure this was an honor for someone. Sad to see it made fun of.

OK.
We live on Gullberry Place. Looked it up. No such word in the dictionary. I always wonder if it just means Sea Gull Poop. Someone was really creative with this one.

Gullberry is a surname. And there is a street named Gullberry Ln in Altamonte Springs.

I know people with that surname. I don't think people are making fun of it. I think people are having fun with it. Our neighbors for many years had that surname. Mine, also German, was just as bad. If you cannot laugh at things, and find humor in double entendres at times, then this world would be kind of,,,,, too correct.

It absolutely can! I lived on a street 25 years ago that was 4 syllables and hard to spell. I got so sick of having to spell it that I swore I'd never live on a street like that again. When I bought here, I wouldn't even look at houses that had names like that. I found a home that I love on a street that I've never had to spell!

Never thought about resale value because of a street name. Never thought about buying a home on a street I could spell easily. We are all different.

Names are names.

The streets in Pine Ridge have been named for top salespeople and employees. Heiny is a sales person's surname.
