Between $35-50. Just make sure you know what the charge is for additional services such as waiting time for deliveries, battery replacement, checking mail, taking golf cart out, etc.

We have had a very positive experience with Cunningham Home Services. They watch our home, coordinate keys etc with Tenants, provide Handyman service, meet contractors, house cleaning and also rent golf carts. I would highly recommend Don and BK !
