I like cold, especially when it’s hot outside.
Don’t like ceiling fans (or any fans), only have them for possible future resale. 100% cotton sheets. Thermostat set to 65 at night and 67 day. Had to call thermostat manufacturer to get the “hack” allowing my thermostat to be set to 65. They refused several times but eventually gave in to my begging. |

What do you like about the bamboo sheets in this heat?

Bamboo sheets are both soft and cool. I have had the crisp sheets that cost a fortune and liked them, but they came out of the dryer in a big wrinkled ball. (I don’t wish to iron sheets). The bamboo sheets are much more affordable and stay cool.

In TV spring, summer, fall we use bamboo, and have 600 count cotton. In winter we use a jersey sheet. Temp 65 at night, 75 day, ceiling fan always on.
Up north, winter temp 64 and use northern nights sheets. Summer sheets are bamboo temp at 78, with windows open if possible.

Just my Haines and high thread count sheets; along with a fan to drown out the ringing in the ears from many years of shooting.

Ok, lots of depends, if you're A/C at opposite side of the house and you're bed room faces west, the bed room going to be the hottest room in the house as in my case, plus cinder blocks hold heat and radiation heat. Even then, can't sleep with air set below 76 or my sinus stuff up. As some said I don't want my electric bill higher than national debt, so 76 or 77 depending on humidity. In winter set my heat on 65, rarely kicks on unless cold front in the low 40/ makes it down here.
