They can be seen driving a non street legal golf cart in a roundabout.

And vice-versa. Driving a car on a golf cart path.

Yep, you have to, it's lights out at 9pm. Strictly enforced by GM himself.

Gillies, be very careful whether to get gutters. We are on clay, which does not drain well and compacts easily.
The two downspouts from my neighbor's gutters pour out such a torrent into an area between our houses where a riding mower is used, that the combined compaction and erosion have caused ruts and holes where grass would otherwise have grown.

Yes, check your soil out first. We in our part of Tamarind Grove all have gutters (mainly to keep rain from splashing into the lanai and staining the driveway), but we have no drainage problems.

We are closing on our house on the 24th of this month and are guilty of all these things (except our slow moving, white, Yamaha gas golf car had a sunbrella - but we didn't know what it was at the time). But there is one truly marvelous thing no one has mentioned. The fact that we can insist to our 21 year old son that he can't swim in the adult pools!

They stop to ask directions.....but prior to the question....
Just outright tell you "WE ARE NEW AND LOST"
No need to beat around the bush....
immediately we got directions...GPS doesn't always work, especially for the newer areas.
