Agree. Get a light (!!!!) colored sun screen. Lets the air through but the light color provides more privacy while reflecting more heat away from the inside. You will need to determine the % filtration you want. The more filtration the better for airflow but the tighter for privacy

Default Florida Glass Install

We installed it (ourselves). We put the smoother side on the outside, which made it a little easier to trim off the excess. You will need the smaller flat spline, as the material is thicker. Those that say it won’t hold up to wind, don’t know what they’re talking about, or had theirs installed wrong…as ours made it through hurricane Irma, with no problems at all.
