Any reviews on JDV Property Mgmt? Have some older cousins looking to rent. Know nothing of them.

We rented through them 7 years ago. There were no issues with them whatsoever. I noticed Tom Jones is a broker associate now, back then he was just some type of assistant. He was a straight up guy. I don't believe you'll have any problems using them.

We used them in May while looking for a home. Very clean unit, no problems whatsoever and fast refund of deposit. I would use them again.

dot com. Great website - you don't need to go through a management company.

Used JDV for property management for three years and would strongly recommend. Superb company. Still using them for Home Watch.

I think from a renters perspective, it doesn't make a difference for the most part. Packer Fan a strong bias as a property owner but a renter does not care. Agency or VH4R, Ying or Yang.

A smart renter can negotiate a good deal for the non prime months with an owner. That said be careful, a bargain seeker is a huge turn off for a property owner, it is for me.
