Also look at the Anna Maria models. They are 1600 sq ft. If you find one like ours on a corner lot, with golf front you have just gone to heaven.

I like the Anna Maria model, but I think it is unfortunate they didn't put the laundry room indoors. Some of the smaller Foxglove villas do have an inside laundry room.
