I think "rarely" may be a bit of an overstatement. I live on an interior street and the house next to my Gardenia is a Lantana, and there are others behind us and further along the block. There are certainly lots of all kinds of homes all over my area.

You can easily tell by the prices in the "new" section of TV web site. The interior homes are probably all under $300K or so.

I went into the most beautiful house last night. Our new neighbors three doors from us have a Lantana that has a four foot kick in the great room. You wouldn't believe how that changed it to so LARGE. The entire floor was large ceramic tile that was in deep tones and looked like natural stone. t\The big triple glass door looked out and down on The new Hemingway course. I came home and kicked my lovely Camellia. >
