I was told no lawn ornaments in the front, unless it's under the eaves and then you're OK. In the rear of the house you can decorate.

Default Yes

Rocks are Nature's art. Metal cranes, etc are not.

Default So we can not have

As I am reading this....I understand we cannot have bird baths, bird feeders, fire pits, lawn art, chimmenias, or can we have one or more of those items.

We can have grills and fountains and flowers in pots.

Default Lawn Enhancements

FYI, The company up here in Massachusetts that made the original pink flamingos, has gone out of business. The existing inventory instantly became collector's items.

Default First thing I'd do ..............

is to go to my fire proof safe, open the thing, pull out the bill of sale for my home, put on my glasses and look at the signature. If the signature is yours and the house number is NOT the one with the well, I'd take off my glasses, put my bill of sale back into my fireproof safe, close the thing, and go about my business. THE HOUSE IS NOT MINE!!!

MYOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Neat bumper sticker. Went like this: "It's God's job to judge terrorists. Our job is to arrange the meeting!"

Be a gentleman, remove your hat/cap when entering a building and dining out!

I think everyone is in agreement that they wouldn't drop the dime. What's with the multiple exclamation points? Just having a discussion about deed restrictions as they relate to lawn ornaments.
