Lots of putting courses and pitch and putt courses. Not many executive courses - and it looks like no executive courses being built south of 44 and north of the Turnpike - a huge area! And three new championship courses south of the Turnpike.

If they keep building golf courses as awful as Southern Oaks, that's exactly what they'll be doing.
