Perhaps I can clear this up.

The historical section of TV on the east side of 441 developed by Gary Morse’s father, Harold Schwartz, is Orange Blossom Gardens, but the golf course over there is called Orange Blossom Hills.

Then to add to the confusion, there is a development of homes north of 42 and west of 441 (just beyond the northern border of TV) that is also called Orange Blossom Hills and there are a few road signs in that area that refer to it.
