Obviously someone didn’t get the message that the Wet Prairie area was having wet prairie sealer applied to their buggy trails…

Quit bitching. It’s temporary. Deal with it!

Default Not REsurfacing

It’s not resurfacing but extending the life of the black top. It’s some kind of sealant to extend the life of the surface. It gets on tires and leaves them brown. I tried everything to get the ‘finish’ off my new Cooper’s tires. Finally took it to the truck wash in Wildwood and had them acid washed; it helped some but I still have dingy tires on my new vehicle. With the warning of these treatments should be details of what to do about the nasty staining it leaves on surrounding areas and items🤨

A real first world problem.

Enjoy the beauty of the day and your luck at being where you are.

Yes, they should. A lot of truck traffic for months will tear them up. Asphalt thickness determined by traffic type. The construction S of 44 is just ridiculous greed.

"They" don't need our permission.

This isn't how it works here anyways. This is a CDD. Not exactly like a regular government, but so far, so good.

As the AD used to say, "Pay me now or pay me later.". This treatment ads years to the life of the life of the roads. Prevention will save us money in the future. Talk to the Wildwood road department.

Really?

With +100 new homes with happy buyers, built & sold a week, creating an economy generating over two billion in revenue with over 20,000 hard working, tax paying employees - isn't America great!

I am in Marsh Bend. A little messy and you could smell the oil, but then it rained. Can't even tell they were here.
