I agree. This place was beautiful and now it looks like s**t. Family is arriving tomorrow too, and yes, they were coming to check the place out and buy. Will be interesting.

If permissible by the project owner, you would have to read the executed contract between the contractor(s) and owner(s) of the construction project to find the correct answer.

If a performance bond was required it would guarantee that the contractor(s) complete the construction work on time, within budget, and according to construction contract(s) specifications. A labor & material payment bond, if required, ensures that the contractor(s) pays all laborers for their services before they leave the job site.
