We bought a house already built. A spec house, I guess you would call it. We paid for it and didn't incur a loan and there were no loan closing costs. The only other fee that I can think of was the Post Box fee, as it is run by TV and not the U.S.Postal service.

I do know that it is NOT the size of the lot but the view and the placement that you pay for. A little higher for a walled area and much higher for a water view or golf view and each house placement is different. A house, new, built already and the last to sell in a village is usually a bargain. Some exact models may cost more because they have to have more foundation built under the lanai because of a grade issue.

All you have to do is to go to the sales center and say, If I were to buy a Lantana with this interior package on this lot....how much would it be? You will get the exact answer. Or...you can buy a new Lantana already built and know the answer.
